Blacksand Security Inc provides advanced life-saving techniques based on Combat Casualty Care, operational experience, and policing operations. Our course is designed for situations where basic first aid and CPR are not sufficient. The training covers a wide range of topics including levels of care, hemorrhage and amputation control (tourniquet, wound packing), chest injuries, mass casualties & triage, airway management, incident management, tactical considerations, and improvised care. We also focus on transport in the case of prolonged extraction.
